Mikaela Shiffrin won 54. Golden Fox Giant Slalom race in Podkoren. She had a strong lead from first run, but race was tight until the end. French Tessa Worley attacked fiercely, but a minor mistake just before the finish line took away a chance for repeating her last year's Golden Fox victory.

It started to rain during finals in Kranjska Gora, but there were no problems on racecourse and even  4.000 viewers created the genuine »foxy« atmosphere, despite this being 7th venue change to Gorenjska. 

Tina Robnik, as the best Slovenian ranked seventh, achieving her best career result. She missed third place for 0,46s.
